Scuba diver or instructor
At least 4 years of management experience in hospitality or retail (clearly name companies, their websites, and your role/responsibilities/achievements)
Have travel or work experience in Asia (Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia)
Experience in using various hotel operations and reservations software
Thorough understanding of hotel operations and guest service
Must possess a professional demeanor with the ability to resolve customer complaints and staff issues in a positive manner
Speak and write fluent English and additional languages (preferred)
Be highly self-motivated and be able to work alone
Exhibit leadership and people management skills
Excellent negotiating skills and creative selling abilities
