Dive Center Manager
We are looking for an experienced and talented individual to manage a successful Dive Center of SCUBA WORLD DIVERS, Red Sea - Egypt. The position is for a single person only and is available from October 2021.
The successful candidate will be responsible to lead a very experienced team and be in charge of all the daily tasks of the operation such as, but not limited to; operation scheduling, procurement, maintenance, business development and organization while following Company objectives and vision.
Job requirements:
You should be:
· Fluent in English and German
· An experienced dive instructor with 7 years of work in the dive industry
· Experienced in a similar Management position for at least two years
· Flexible, proactive, self-motivated with excellent teamwork
· Able to happily work and live in a stressful environment
· Able to work independently following Company Objectives and Guidelines
· Revenue and goals orientated
· Great communicator with leadership skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Problem-solving skills
· Interpersonal skills
· Experience in working with different cultures and nationalities
· Computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
