Dive Program Coordinator

Lowkey Watersports on St John USVI has been in business for over 30 years and is the only PADI 5 Star Dive Center on St John.  Our company is growing and we are looking for energetic, team oriented and safety conscious people to join our team. 

Specifically we are looking for a Dive Program Coordinator to help us grow our business and elevate our dive programs to the next level.  The position will require both time underwater and in the office.  The Dive Program coordinator will be responsible for (among other things) the following:

• Managing a staff of approximately 10 dive professionals.
• Scheduling of dive staff based on demand.
• Liaising with upper management to develop new revenue streams within the dive programs.
• Liaising with upper management to develop new dive/ocean oriented community outreach programs.
• Training all staff to assure that all industry (or company) standards are being met or exceeded.
• Managing customer satisfaction and training staff based on feedback. 
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.  Compensation packages for the right candidate will include benefits such as health care and paid time off.
