We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Dive Shop Manager to join our team at Coral View Beach Resort. Located on the captivating island of Utila, renowned for its world-class coral reefs, this position offers the opportunity to work in a fun and relaxed environment. As a 5-star PADI resort, we are committed to delivering exceptional diving experiences to our guests.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, while bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are preferred but not required.
- Legal working status in Honduras is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dive shop, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for our guests.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism in all dive activities.
- Coordinate and schedule dive trips, certifications, and courses.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to divers of all levels.
- Manage dive equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.

Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a deep knowledge of the Bay Islands and their diving opportunities.
- Brings extensive experience as a Course Director in the diving industry.
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for scuba diving and an enthusiasm for sharing this passion with others.
- Exhibits strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Shows exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
