The Position
The position will be based at the Atlantis resort in Lipayo, Dauin, Negros Oriental.
The Dive Shop Team Leader provides world-class diving and dive course opportunities and experiences for our guests in a profitable way while never compromising safety; conducts all dive operations in a manner that protects our environment; leads and controls all day to day dive operations.
Job requirements:
Education
-
College Degree
Experience
-
Four (4) years experience leading or supervising a team
-
At least 500 logged dives
-
Experience in planning and organizing dive trips or similar excursions
-
Dive experience in the Philippines (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
-
Thorough understanding of diving operations and guest service
-
Dive shop management experience within Asia or the Philippines
-
Excellent communication skills, can speak Tagalog and other languages beneficial
-
Be sales focused and cost efficiency driven
-
Excellent guest care skills; ‘team player’ with excellent social skills

Computer literate
-
Other relevant skill sets such as equipment maintenance; marine biology; boat handling a plus

Excellent planning and organization skills

Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
License and Certifications
