Reservations/Operational Manager

Hello,

We are a small/busy dive operation in Cozumel, Mexico.

We are hiring a new reservations/operations manager.

Everything is run by a laptop. You will work from home or wherever you can get a good wifi connection and a place where you can concentrate.

Emails come in and you answer and help divers get their courses or dive trips set up. You make their schedules and answer their questions. You also make the schedule of the divemasters and what divers are on what boat. Pretty simple using our software.

It comes with a laptop and a printer.

You should speak English, Spanish would be a bonus.

Must pay attention to detail. A type-A person is best suited for this job. 

You should be familiar with the dive industry and willing to learn.
