Operation Manager Diving at Apo Reef Club

Do you have a passion to bring our guest for diving at one of the most amazing Spots in the Philippines? Starting from next season Apo Reef Club operates a second local build safari boat to explore Apo Reef. Now we start looking for the right one who will be member of our team as Operation Manager Diving.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guests have an amazing and safe experience

• Maintain and schedule equipment, boats, and fuel

• Orderly filing of all diving and tour related paperwork 

• Management of dive staff including hiring, team meetings, work schedules, etc.

Requirements:

• SSI / PADI Instructor 

• 3 years plus experience as a PADI / SSI Dive professional

• Up-to-date teaching status and safety standards

• high knowledge of equipment maintenance

• work experience in the Philippines preferred

• Excellent spoken and written German and English (other languages an advantage)

• Hard working and highly self-motivated team player

• Ability to relocate to Mindorro immediately

We offer:

• Accommodation in shared room 

• Full-board 

• Basic salary with commission on courses and guiding

• Seasonal contracts which can be renewed for an extra time if both parties are in agreement.
