H2O is searching for a dynamic PADI instructor couple to join our team in March. If you are passionate new instructors looking for an opportunity and are willing to learn from our experienced team, or if you already have a few years of experience and still have the enthusiasm and love of sharing the ocean with guests, please read on….

The ideal candidates enjoy going above and beyond for guests and feel pride in achieving true customer satisfaction. We are looking for energetic instructors who understand five-star service and have a professional attitude, but enjoy a laugh with guests and the team. Passion for the ocean and a deep respect for the environment is a must and you should be punctual, friendly, outgoing, and adhere to all PADI standards. The successful candidates will be flexible with tasks, enjoy working in a small team and are comfortable with an island lifestyle.

Duties include guiding certified divers, teaching all PADI courses, supporting our boat crew in preparation for/after trips, conducting pool try dives, sales support, equipment maintenance. Work permits provided with one year contracts.

Beneficial languages include German, French, Hebrew, Russian.
