Small Resort in Bahamas seeks Instructor/Divemaster

Small nature and diving resort looking for live-on divemaster/ambassador. We are not your typical dive shop: In addition to your responsibilities on the dock and boat, there are significant non-dive responsibilities including happy hour, socializing, maintenance, and taking guests on excursions. 

Family owned for over 50 years, we’ve been diving from the very start and maintain a 60% return occupancy. We offer diverse diving (3rd largest Barrier reef, blue holes, walls and shark diving), world class fishing, and unique nature tours. Our intimate setting (21 rooms) means that you get to know our guests well!

You’ll be a good fit if you:

-are a PADI Instructor or PADI Divemaster looking for a supportive place to advance your qualifications to instructor

-are a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an upbeat personality

-are prepared to learn to run boats, give snorkeling lessons, repair equipment, bartend, etc.
