We are a high traffic PADI 5* IDC Center in Lake Mary, Florida that is looking for a new Store Manager. We are a family owned center with a commitment to customer care and maintaining our repeat clients. Being inland we have a large community of divers that live close by and travel to the coast or local springs to dive. The position is all encompassing of work related to running a Dive shop. The responsibilities will include but not be limited too;

• ·         Customer Service
• ·         Retail sales
• ·         Inventory control
• ·         Customer enquiries
• ·         Social media campaigns
• ·         Compressor work (filling, basic maintenance/service)
• ·         Equipment Servicing
• ·         Guiding
• ·         Instructing Students
• ·         Organizing/setting up classes
• ·         Marketing and Promotion
• ·         Online sales
• ·         Manage Instructors and DMs

We carry many of the main equipment lines including; Aqualung, Huish (Atomic, Bare, Zeagle, Suunto, Stahlsac, Sharkskin, Liquidvision), Cressi, Mares, Sherwood, Ocean Reef, Sealife, Fantasea, Light and Motion. Product knowledge of these brands is a bonus however we can provide training.

To apply for this position, the Applicant must;

• ·         Be a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor in status
• ·         Be outgoing and amiable with a love of the industry
• ·         Have knowledge of basic word processing, email, and image editing
• ·         Experience using a fill station
• ·         Be legally allowed to work in the USA
• ·         Have a valid driver’s license
• Be fluent in English

Additional skills which would assist but are not essential are;

• ·         Management Experience
• ·         Specialty Instructor Ratings
• Equipment Servicing experience
